Garima Bikas Bank Limited is set to to acquire Sahara Bikas Bank Limited (SHBL).
A memorandum of understanding (MoU) has been signed between Garima Bikas Bank and Sahara Bikas Bank on October 3.
As per the agreement, the swap ratio will be determined after the evaluation of all the assets of the Sahara Development Bank.
