KATHMANDU: Domestic and international scheduled flights to and from the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) have been affected since early Friday morning following dense fog in the Kathmandu Valley.
Though almost all domestic and international flights were affected since early morning, flights are gradually taking place after the weather started becoming clear, as per TIA officials.
“As the visibility was poor, no scheduled domestic and international flights could take place early morning. However, flights have resumed after the weather started turning clear,” informed Devchandra Lal Karn, acting director general of TIA.
