KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) lost 6.36 points on Monday to close at 2,169.04.
Though the index gained for the first 11 minutes, the market went downward gradually throughout the day.
The Nepse index opened at 2,207.05 and managed to make an intraday high at 2,216.44.
The index then lost gradually throughout the day, faring as low as 2,154. Nonetheless, the day finally concluded with the index at 2,169.04.
