KATHMANDU: Nepal Telecom (NT) has launched a chatbot service from Tuesday Earlier on February 4, NT had announced soft launch of the service at a program held to mark company’s anniversary.
The NT chatbot service is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) based service operated by a bot. It is a customer-friendly automatic service that makes resolving queries easy and quick.
As per NT, one can ask questions on the chatbot, and the bot will answer them for people. With the help of the chatbot, people can also recharge phone, give feedback, register complaint, learn about offers, and more.
