Govt, CNI ink agreement to implement ‘Make In Nepal-Swadeshi’ campaign

KATHMANDU: An agreement has been signed between the government and the Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI) to launch the ‘Make in Nepal-Swadeshi’ marketing campaign.

Issuing a press statement, CNI stated that the government has extended support to implementation of this campaign launched by the Confederation with the intention of selling the manufacturing, consumption and export of indigenous items and providers.

In a program organized at the Prime Minister’s Office and the Council of Ministers on Thursday, the Chief Secretary Shankar Das Bairagi mentioned that this marketing campaign and understanding will show to be the cornerstone of growing Nepal as a self-reliant, self-reliant. dependent and export oriented economic system.
