KATHMANDU: Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has issued 1,977,300 units of initial public offering (IPO) from today.
As per the company, people can purchase the IPO till June 29. The company is offering Rs 197 million, 32.50 per cent of the total issued capital, as IPO of which 0.5 per cent amounting to 30,420 units have been separated for company’s staffs while 5 per cent have been separated for mutual funds.
The remaining 1,848,015 units of shares have been offered to the general public. The company has appointed NMB Capital Limited as issuance manager for the IPO.
