KATHMANDU: Prabhu Bank has put on auction its institutional shares. The bank has put up for sale the shares for the existing founders and general shareholders.
The bank will sell shares through auction. The bank has sold a total of 20,186 shares.
The minimum price of the share has been fixed at Rs 210 per share. Those interested should apply by fixing the price above 210. Applications must be submitted by July 15. The bank’s has appointed NMB capital as a sales manager.
