KATHMANDU: The Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) has proposed an 8.5% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2077-78.
The meeting of the board of directors held on Ashwin 04 decided to distribute the cash dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs 20 billion .
The company had reported a slight decline in net profit in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2077-78. The net profit slightly decreased to Rs 836 million from Rs 847 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The net interest income (core business revenue) of the bank had increased to Rs 1.33 billion in the fourth quarter.
Meanwhile, the operating profit increased by 7.92% to Rs 1.18 billion.
