KATHMANDU: Nepal has reported first two cases of the Omicron variant. As per the Ministry of Health and Population, one Nepali citizen and a foreigner were diagnosed with the new variant of the coronavirus.
While the Nepali national diagnosed with the Omicron virus is 71-year old while the foreigner is 66. As per the Minister, the foreigner had came to Nepal via air, from Tribhuvan International Airport.
