KATHMANDU: The budget for the coming Fiscal Year 2079/80 has been passed by the Council of Ministers. The Cabinet meeting held on Sunday passed the budget.
Before being passed by the Council of Ministers, it was passed by the Resource Committee of the National Planning Commission. It was submitted to the Council of Ministers as soon as it was passed by the Resources Committee.
Finance Minister Janardan Sharma will present the budget for the upcoming fiscal year at the joint meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) later today at 4:pm.
