KATHMANDU: The government has announced a Rs 500 billion refinancing fund to ensure that farmers get affordable loans.
Finance Minister Janardan Sharma made the announcement while presenting the budget for the fiscal year 2079/80. Such a fund is being set up to provide concessional loans to farmers.
