Global IME Bank honors long-serving employees during 17th anniversary celebration

KATHMANDU: In a special program conducted in Kathmandu, Global IME Bank Limited recognized and honored 253 employees who completed 15 years of continuous service at the bank. The ceremony, held as part of the bank’s 17th-anniversary celebration, was led by Chairman Chandraprasad Dhakal, who is also the chairperson of Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce & Industries.

Chairman Dhakal reiterated the bank’s commitment to enhancing its standards through strategies like mergers, business expansion, and a relentless focus on customer service and satisfaction.

Despite facing challenges over its 17-year journey, the bank has excelled in various financial indicators. Chairman Dhakal encouraged the honored employees to maintain their dedication and diligence in the future.

Ratnraj Bajracharya, the Chief Executive Officer of the bank, highlighted the institution’s emphasis on providing timely services in the digital age. Senior Deputy Chief Executive Officer Surendra Raj Regmi expressed the bank’s commitment to sustaining the delivery of quality banking services and ensuring customer satisfaction in the upcoming years.

Global IME Bank, being the first private commercial bank with an extensive network spanning seventy-five districts in Nepal, operates 355 branches, 379 ATMs, 274 branchless banking services, 65 extensions, and 3 representative offices.
