KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the share prices of five listed companies following their respective bonus share announcements.
According to NEPSE, price adjustments were made on Thursday for Sarbottam Cement, Agricultural Development Bank Ltd. (ADBL), Barun Hydropower, Ngadi Group Power, and Shine Resunga Development Bank.
After the adjustment, Agricultural Development Bank’s share price stands at Rs 318.55 per unit. The bank has announced a 3.25% bonus share from its previous year’s profit. On Thursday, its last traded price was Rs 328.90.
Sarbottam Cement’s adjusted share price has been set at Rs 870.38 per unit after the company declared a 5% bonus share for shareholders. The company’s last traded price on Thursday was Rs 913.90.
Following the adjustment, Barun Hydropower’s share price is now Rs 337.85 per unit, based on its plan to distribute 4.75% bonus shares from last year’s profit.
Similarly, Ngadi Group Power now has an adjusted share price of Rs 379.57 per unit, reflecting its decision to offer 5% bonus shares to its shareholders.
The adjusted share price for Shine Resunga Development Bank has been fixed at Rs 411.65 per unit, after the bank declared a 3% bonus share. NEPSE said that trading will open on Sunday based on the newly adjusted prices.
