KATHMANDU: Tigg, an accounting software platform widely used by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), is set to host Tigg Conference 2026 (TiggCon 2026) on Magh 18 (February 1), focusing on the future direction of accounting practices and business operations in a rapidly digitizing economy.
The conference designed as a platform for discussion on technology-driven accounting, data-powered financial systems, and the evolving role of accounting professionals in the digital era.
According to the organizer, the event aims to bring together stakeholders from across the accounting and business ecosystem, including professionals, decision-makers, and technology experts, to examine emerging trends, sectoral challenges, and new growth opportunities. The conference is being organized under the theme “Where Trust, Intelligence and Growth Converge.”
Tigg Chief Executive Officer Ramesh KC said the conference will provide participants with a forward-looking understanding of how accounting and business functions are transforming. He stated that the program is intended to help professionals and firms strengthen trust, improve decision-making through better use of data, and pursue sustainable growth strategies as digital systems become central to financial management.
The conference will emphasize how traditional accounting models, which have largely focused on compliance, audits, and taxation, are shifting toward continuous business support enabled by digital tools, real-time data systems, and closer engagement with clients.
TiggCon 2026 will feature three key thematic sessions led by industry figures.

The second session will be led by Arun Raut, a Chartered Accountant, under the topic “Driving Growth in Accounting Firms: From Compliance to Continuous Business Services.” He is expected to discuss how accounting firms can expand their service models beyond statutory compliance and tax work to provide ongoing advisory and operational support to businesses.
In the final session, Manoj Ghimire, Co-founder of Rara Labs and a technology entrepreneur, will speak on “When Software Thinks: The AI-Led Transformation of Business Operations.” His session will explore the impact of artificial intelligence on business workflows, decision-making systems, and organizational scalability.
The event is expected to draw participation from accounting professionals, auditors, tax and advisory experts, SME owners, representatives of banks and financial institutions, chief financial officers, and technology professionals working in financial and enterprise systems.
Attendance at the conference requires mandatory registration, and organizers have stated that interested participants must register in advance to secure entry.
