KATHMANDU: Ncell has reopened its Ncell Centre in Pokhara, restoring full customer service operations. The centre, located at Sirjana Chowk, Pokhara, had remained closed following vandalism during the recent Gen-Z movement.
The newly repaired centre was inaugurated on Thursday amid a formal programme. Jyoti Dahal, Customer Operations Manager of Ncell, and Yam Prasad Gautam, HR Officer of Pokhara Noodles, jointly inaugurated the centre.
During the period of closure, Ncell had been providing customer services temporarily from its office located on the first floor of the same building.
“We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to our customers due to the temporary closure of the Pokhara Ncell Centre. We are pleased to bring the centre back into operation and resume services with a continued commitment to delivering a top-notch customer experience,” said Dahal.
The centre has resumed operations with the objective of providing a wide range of services to customers from a single location while ensuring a world-class service experience. Customers can access all customer care services from this centre.
At the centre, customers can enquire about Ncell’s products and services, purchase SIM cards, receive internet settings support, and avail various corporate services. They can also upgrade their SIM to 4G, replace SIM cards, upgrade to eSIM, make necessary changes to CUG numbers, activate international roaming, pay bills, recharge and transfer balance, among other services.
The reopening of the Pokhara Ncell Centre reaffirms the company’s commitment to delivering reliable and high-quality services to customers at the local level. To enhance convenience and maintain service standards, Ncell currently operates 31 Ncell Centres across the country.
