Board Composition Remains Intact

Following Golchha’s exit, the existing board composition includes:

  • Shahil Agrawal, Amit Moor, Rohit Gupta, Rajeev Moor, Subhechha Kharel, Subas Jhunjhunwala

Sectoral Implications

Leadership changes at the top level could influence strategic direction, partnerships, and capital allocation decisions in the near term.

Industry stakeholders will be closely monitoring the company’s next move, particularly the selection of new leadership and its impact on governance, underwriting strategy, and regional expansion plans.
