Over 35 leading companies from sectors including fintech, e-commerce, logistics, ERP, and healthcare will exhibit their cutting-edge solutions, while 35 tech innovators will focus on real-world applications of AI and digital tools to improve business productivity and operational efficiency. Key areas of emphasis include enterprise resource planning, HR management, CRM, field force automation, and healthcare technology, reflecting the evolving needs of businesses and organizations in Nepal.

The expo provides a platform not only to demonstrate software solutions but also to facilitate networking, investment opportunities, and business growth. –Cutting-Edge Web Technology: Dolphin is a completely web-based system developed using new, cutting-edge technology, which they claim is highly advanced for the hospital sector in Nepal. Unlike legacy systems, it requires no desktop software or files to be installed; users access it via a URL, similar to accessing Facebook or Google. The company chose to develop this web-based technology from the start, analogizing this approach to the automotive industry moving directly to EV technology.

-Comprehensive Integration: The system integrates three primary functional areas: Hospital Administration (managing auxiliary services like inventory, accounts, ambulance, and blood banks), Clinical Services (managing medical data for OPD, IPD, and Emergency patients), and the Management Information System (MIS).

-Powerful MIS Capabilities: A major highlight is the MIS, which provides high-level data and reports necessary for hospital management (Directors, Administrators). This allows the hospital to track machine consumption (e.g., CT scan usage), analyze revenue generated by specific doctors (in the private sector), and monitor doctor attendance and patient load (in government/teaching hospitals).

Their team structure is highly specialized, offering a blend of both Chartered Accountants and Software Engineers to deliver comprehensive consulting and services from a single point. They are fully focused on technology services for enterprises and organizations.

The company’s primary focus for the upcoming expo is showcasing a system they developed in-house within Nepal, designed to meet global standards. This application is named ‘BizForce 360’. BizForce 360 is a mobile application specifically designed for Field Force Management. It facilitates the daily work of sales teams who are on the ground or traveling. Key features include:

The main item being showcased, described as a soft launch, is Mercury 360 (MERCURY 360). This system is an ERP Solution System dedicated to recruitment. It functions as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), handling the complete recruitment workflow from the initial job application through the successful onboard of the applicant into the company.

AITC International will also discuss its other proprietary products. One is ‘AITC Homes’, a Resident Management System currently implemented in various apartments, communities, and housing developments. The other is ‘AITC Education’, which focuses on students by offering technical and non-technical certification-based courses taught at colleges and their own institution.

This software manages the entire range of school operations and administrative functions. Its functionalities begin when a student fills an inquiry form, proceeding through the admission process, managing accounting, and handling results, whether by giving online exams, or publishing physical exam results.

The system comprehensively manages internal school operations, including key aspects like daily attendance, class teacher routines, teacher staff attendance, and examination management. Furthermore, it handles specialized student records, such as issuing school passes for students needing to exit during school hours, logging cases of illness, and recording instances of mischief.

The Product head, Pujan Bashyal, said that the product is still in its piloting phase with only three existing clients, and formal pricing has not yet been set. Rather than focusing on discounts, they emphasize providing premium services to clients. The service structure offers two levels—Premium Service and Nominal Service—and two deployment models: a SaaS model (annual subscription) or a dedicated product. They plan to provide the dedicated premium service to selected clients based on resource capacity.
