KATHMANDU: Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has instructed listed companies to provide clear information to shareholders regarding the distribution of dividends and other returns.
Issuing a notice on Friday, NEPSE asked companies to ensure that investors are properly informed about benefits payable to security holders, including dividends, interest, and other returns.
The exchange has specifically directed companies to disseminate such information through email and SMS, ensuring that key details related to distribution are transparently communicated to shareholders.
