KATHMANDU: The government has appointed Kiran Pandit as Deputy Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank.
The decision was made during a Cabinet meeting held on Tuesday, elevating Pandit to one of the top leadership positions at the country’s central bank.
The appointment comes at a time when Nepal’s monetary authority is navigating challenges related to liquidity management, credit growth, and overall financial stability.
