Prohibitory order till May 29, restriction on development works too

KATHMANDU: A meeting of the Chief District Officers of all the three districts of the Kathmandu Valley has decided to extend the ongoing prohibitory order in the Valley till May 29.

The decision was based on recommendation of the  District Covid Crisis Management Committee.

The meeting of CDOs also decided to stop all construction work except the national priority development project, informed Lalit Basnet, Acting Chief District Officer of Lalitpur. As per him, the meeting also decided to restrict weddings, bratbandhas and other functions across banquets.
