Two foreign climbers die on Everest

KATHMANDU: Two foreign climbers have reportedly died during their expedition to Mount Sagarmatha on Wednesday.

Chhang Dawa Sherpa, director at Seven Summit Treks Abdul Waraich from Switzerland and Puwei Liu from the United States of America died on Wednesday (May 12).

Waraich had began experiencing health complications during his descent as he was suffering from exhaustion and breathed his last near South Summit. Meanwhile, Liu had suffered from snow blindness and exhaustion while descending from Hillary Step.
