Oli-led govt has scraps Local Infrastructure Development Partnership Programme

KATHMANDU: Citing resource constraints, the KP Sharma Oli-led government has decided to scrap the Local Infrastructure Development Partnership Programme.

Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Poudel announced scrapping the Local Infrastructure Development Partnership Programme through the budget for 2021-22 fiscal year.

The Constituency Infrastructure Special Programme and the Constituency Development Programme were merged and renamed Local Infrastructure Development Partnership Programme.
