DFTQC files case against state-owned DDC on charge of selling substandard dairy products

KATHMANDU: The Department of Food Technology and Quality Control (DFTQC) has filed a case against the state-owned Dairy Development Corporation (DDC) on charge of DDC selling substandard dairy products.

The market inspection team last year had caught DDC selling substandard butter. While majority of butter was expired, it also did not have labeling.
