Asian Hydropower Limited to issue 1.18 million units of IPO shares

KATHMANDU: The IPO proposal of Asian Hydropower Limited is in SEBON’s pipeline. The company has submitted a proposal to the capital market regulator to issue a total of 11.80 lakh shares. This will raise Rs. 11.80 crores for the company.

The application was submitted on Poush 11. NMB Capital has been appointed the issue manager for the public offering.

According to Urja Developer, Asian Hydropower Limited was registered as a private company in January 2017. The company was later converted to a public company in July 2019. The company is implementing Lower Jogmai Khola Hydropower Project.
