Sundhara-based CTC Mall put in auction

KATHMANDU: The government has started process to auction Sundhara-based CTC Mall owned by real estate entrepreneur Ichchha Raj Tamang.

The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) today issued a 35-day public notice for the auction of CTC Mall. The Mall is spread over an area of ​​82,000 square feet and has 132 shutters and is spread in six ropanis. As per EPF, it has started the evaluation process for the CTC mall auction.

The property valuation and auction process was started as none of CTC Mall representatives and guarantors came to repay the loan even after the 35-day notice. Earlier, EPF had issued a public notice on November 22 warning the auction of the mall.
