Lost Tara Air aircraft located in Manapathi Mountain base

KATHMANDU: The Tara Air plane that lost contact on Sunday morning has been located at the foot of Manapathi Peak in Mustang.

According to Nepali Army spokesperson Narayan Silwal, locals have reported that the aircraft has been seen crashed in the landslide area near the Manapathi Peak.

There were total 22 travelling in the aircraft including six foreigners, 13 Nepali passengers and three crew members. Captain Prabhakar Ghimire was flying the Tara Air’s 9N-AET aircraft.
