Ashar 15: National Paddy Day being observed across the country

KATHMANDU: National paddy day has been celebrated today by planting paddy at the Khumaltar.

Paddy day has been celebrated in the presence of Agriculture and livestock development minister Mahendra Rai Yadav.

This year’s slogan of Paddy Day is “Utility of rice in biodiversity, support in import substitution.”
