Govt transfers Finance Secretary Maraisini to Prime Ministers Office

KATHMANDU: The government has transfered Finance Secretary Madhukumar Marasini. Finance Minister Janardan Sharma informed that the Cabinet meeting held on Thursday decided to transfer Marasini.

Maraisini has been transfered to the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers. Sharma did not give information about who will get the responsibility of Finance Secretary.

Marasini was on leave since last Sunday after Janardhan Sharma rejoined the Finance Ministry as Minister.
