Ncell users can now lodge complaints to ‘Hello Sarkar’ for free

KATHMANDU: Ncell users can now submit complaints to ‘Hello Government’ without any charges. Reporting grievances to the Nepal Government via Ncell numbers is now feasible. Initially, complaints were only received through Nepal Telecom’s toll-free line for Hello government.

Now, you can now dial the toll-free number 1111 of Hello Government, even using an Ncell number, to officially register your complaint regarding any issue related to the government.

The government has launched the ‘Hello Government’ initiative to tackle citizens’ issues and concerns effectively.
