KATHMANDU: Global IME Bank Limited has signed an agreement with IME Hospitality and Ila Comfort & Resort Pvt. Ltd. to offer its cardholders and mobile banking users up to 15% discounts on hotel and resort services. The memorandum of understanding was signed by the bank’s Assistant General Manager Dilip Pokharel and IME Hospitality’s CEO Prasann Adhikari.
Under the agreement, Global IME Bank’s debit and credit cardholders, as well as users of its “Global Smart Plus” mobile banking platform, will receive a 15% discount at hotels and resorts operated by IME Hospitality and a 10% discount on Maula Kalika Cable Car tickets.
IME Hospitality, backed by the IME Group, operates renowned properties including Hotel Le Himalaya Lazimpat and Sake & Feng Restaurant in Kathmandu, Ila Comfort in Baglung, Ila Hotel & Resort Maula Kalika in Gaindakot, and Lakeside Retreat in Pokhara, known for premium services catering to domestic and international tourists.
