“This offer is designed to make the New Year special. With a 50 percent discount, more people can easily visit and spend quality time here,” Pande stated.

Unique Experience Above Kathmandu

Standing at 78.5 meters tall and spread across 13 ropani of land, the Skywalk Tower is one of the tallest recreational structures in Kathmandu. It is notably higher than Dharahara by approximately 16 meters, offering a 360-degree panoramic view of the العاصمة.

From the tower, visitors can observe several historic and cultural landmarks, including Ghantaghar, Rani Pokhari, Singha Durbar, Shahid Gate, and the open grounds of Tundikhel.

The main highlight of the tower is the glass-floored skywalk located on the 25th floor, where visitors can walk on transparent panels, creating the sensation of walking in the air.

Safety, Capacity, and Infrastructure

The skywalk structure has been engineered with high-strength glass capable of تحمل loads of up to 500 kilograms per square meter. The construction includes 58 الحديد supports extending up to 35 meters below ground level, ensuring structural stability.

The tower is equipped with two elevators, allowing up to 45 people to ascend at once, while the top viewing area can accommodate around 500 visitors simultaneously.

Growing Urban Leisure Hub

Beyond the skywalk experience, the complex has evolved into a social and recreational hub in Kathmandu. Facilities include an MP theatre for small events, making it a venue not just for tourism but also for gatherings and private functions.

According to the company, the site is increasingly popular for sunrise and sunset views, as well as activities like yoga and casual meetups.

Skywalk Nepal remains open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with tickets available directly at the tower premises.

With the festive discount in place, the attraction is expected to draw increased crowds during the New Year period, reinforcing its position as one of Kathmandu’s fastest-growing urban tourism destinations.
