Domestic airlines resume operations today

KATHMANDU: Domestic airlines have resumed operations from today. According to Buddha Air, safety training has been provided to its staff and necessary PPE have also been arranged to conduct safe flights.

Passengers with any symptom of COVID-19 will be strictly prohibited from boarding any flight.

As per a press statement issued by the airline, passengers are obliged to follow its safety procedures including rechecking their body temperature, contactless check-in, maintaining social distance, and using masks and visors before boarding the plane.

Buddha Holidays, the company’s sister organization has also introduced a Rs 5,999 holiday package for Pokhara and Rs 7,999 package for Chitwan. The two-night and three-day package includes two-way air tickets, accommodation at star hotels, breakfast and pick-up and drop services.
