Global travel platform Multi Airlines officially launches in Nepal

KATHMANDU: Multi Airlines, a leading platform in global airline ticket distribution, has officially launched in Nepal. The grand inauguration ceremony took place at The Soaltee Kathmandu, a landmark venue, symbolizing a significant advancement in the nation’s travel sector.

This significant occasion not only marked the introduction of Multi Airlines in Nepal but also celebrated the commencement of an alliance between Multi Airlines and Stream Travel Services. This partnership is set to revolutionize travel services by providing seamless solutions for international travel.

Multi Airlines is renowned for its secure and comprehensive platform, which connects agents with multiple BSP markets, offering unmatched access to over 275 airlines.

The platform empowers agents with the ability to access global airline inventories, local fares, and ticketing solutions, ensuring smooth transactions across the travel industry. Multi Airlines is poised to become the foremost distributor of airline documents worldwide.

During the event, Mr. Clifford Christopher, CEO of Multi Airlines, and Mr. Bhaibhav Bikram Rana, Managing Director of Stream Travel Services, along with Rizvi Rashid, Country Manager of Travelport (Galileo Nepal), addressed the gathering, articulating their vision for the partnership.

This collaboration, formalized in March 2024, appoints Stream Travel Services as the General Sales Agent for Multi Airlines in Nepal. The partnership aims to offer international travelers from Nepal cost-effective, convenient, and comfortable travel alternatives that they could not enjoy for decades.
