Cabinet reshuffle: Oli inducts five new ministers

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has appointed five new ministers to his Cabinet.

The meeting of Council of Ministers held this evening decided to appoint Top Bahadur Rayamajhi as Minister for Energy, Prabhu Sah as Minister for Labor and Employment, Mani Thapa as Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Dawa Lama as Minister for Education and Gauri Shanker Chaudhary as Minister for Drinking Water.

Newly appointed Ministers took oath of office and secrecy at Sital Niwas.

Earlier, seven Ministers of Oli’s Cabinet had resigned from their post owing to dissatisfaction over the decision of Oli administration to dissolve the House of Representative.
