KATHMANDU: Motif Education Abroad, an overseas education consultancy with nearly two decades of experience in international student counseling, is set to organize the ‘Go Global Education Fair 2026’ on Friday, offering students opportunities for direct university interaction, on-the-spot counseling, and a chance to win a MacBook through a lucky draw.
The education fair will be held on May 22 (Friday) at Motif Education’s office in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
According to Motif Education founder Umesh Pandey, one student attending the event will win a MacBook through a lucky draw, making this year’s edition particularly attractive for aspiring international students.
The fair will bring together representatives from universities and colleges in destinations including the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Thailand. Students planning to pursue higher education abroad will have the opportunity to directly interact with institutional representatives and receive first-hand information about study options and admission procedures.
Pandey said the event is designed to help students make informed decisions regarding international education by offering one-on-one counseling sessions, visa support guidance, and study planning assistance from experts.
Participants will also receive information on colleges offering affordable tuition fees, along with on-the-spot admission assistance, helping simplify the often-complex application process for studying overseas.
Organizers said special giveaways and gift packages will also be available for attendees throughout the event.
At a time when a growing number of Nepali students are seeking international education opportunities for better academic exposure, career prospects, and global experience, Pandey said such education fairs can play an important role in helping students access accurate information and prepare effectively for overseas study.
Motif Education has encouraged interested students to complete pre-registration online to secure participation in the event. The consultancy has also urged both students and parents to register in advance and attend the fair on time.
According to the organizer, this edition of the education fair is expected to attract more than 300 students, reflecting rising interest in global education opportunities among Nepali youth.
Established in 2007, Motif Education has been providing overseas study counseling services, helping students with university selection, visa processing, international education guidance, and career counseling. The Go Global Fair, first launched in 2024, is now entering its third edition, according to the company.
In addition to the education fair, Motif Education has announced another promotional offer, under which one student enrolling in IELTS or PTE preparation classes by Shrawan will also get a chance to win a MacBook through a lucky draw.
